I wrote in my exit survey that the flex cube and mandated 80% in the office was leading to people coming in sick and spreading the flu.

Doubt that anyone read the exit survey and if they did, they actually took this a suggestion for improvement.

Do not get your medical advice from internet comment sections.

Why is a nurse from a hospital in Washington state posting on a Wells Fargo Bank job layoff website?

I smell a PR firm lurking...

COVID-19 is not the same as the flu.

Instead of taking a random posting on an internet comments section from an unverified "nurse", or me for that matter, seek out actual professionals and know who you're getting your information from.

To everyone who asks if I am scared of the Coronavirus (as I am a nurse at a large hospital in WA state).....

My answer is No.

I am however afraid of the mass hysteria coming from everyone in the public due to the false leadings the media is portraying.

Mass hysteria is scary as people begin doing crazy things such as buying up all the toilet paper 🧻, water 💧, etc.

The Coronavirus is just another virus 🦠 that produces flu like symptoms. So many feel “safe” from the flu because they got vaccinated, and “unsafe” from Coronavirus because it is unknown and no vaccine. But..... millions get sick from the flu (even with the vaccine) and we actually DO know about the Coronavirus as it causes the exact flu like symptoms (just from a different bug).

This is what you SHOULD do...... treat it like another flu. Wash your hands, take vitamin C, get adequate sleep, take multivitamins, eat healthy, and exercise to boost your immune system.

Those at high risk of complications (from this or any flu type bug) such as with COPD, asthma, or underlying health issues take extra precaution just as you do during flu season.... but that’s all.

You got this! Calm down.... leave the toilet paper for those in need, relax and go on about your daily lives with a little more health consciousness and cleaner hands.

Hope this helps.

My team used to get 1 day a week to work from home, and they just rescinded that this week. We must be in the office every day now.

Twitter told 5,000 people to work from home this week, they did this to keep their employees safe while we see how the COVID-19 pandemic plays out.

Saul is adding risk by forcing me and the thousands of other telecommuters into an office, where we may be exposed to COVID-19, or where we could expose others to the virus.

I have never had a desk, I only used a badge for the first few days of employment here, while I got my laptop and some training. I was hired as a telecommuter.

If people get sick, I see lawsuits, and harm to Wells reputation.

And Wells doesn't have a lot of reputation to spare.

They need to put a pause on discouraging working from home. There’s a cruel irony to the fact that leadership is holding town halls via livestream instead of the traditional assembly style but team members are still expected to come into the office..

We definitely need more RSR, if we make it that long

I think we need another round of RSR grants. I've already lost 20% on what they gave me! The 1% planned this!!!
