2019-NCoV will spread in the US. No doubt about it. Those non-N95 masks would not help anyway. When it start to spread like wild fire in an office environment, that would be the end of this "location strategy" thing that Saul was dreaming on.
And if any employer is trying to force employees to go to an office ... when this thing becomes a pandemic ... and if deaths occurs. It will be a recipe for class action lawsuits against Wells Fargo. One may even argue if criminal case does not go through, there will be civil cases against WF or Saul himself.

The coronavirus is an Agile virus, and enjoys co-location with any team, as many as possible in the same room. Each sprint it infects an entire team, and definition of done includes positive test results.
When you are looking to reduce headcount to save money, then packing entire teams in elbow to elbow during a plague is a great way to do it. One sick employee, who may even have no symptoms, can now take down groups of others.
Ever been on a packed elevator, where someone is coughing? Doesn’t even have to happen in a conference room, could be the break room, or anywhere where groups congregate. Team huddles are perfect. Neighborhood seating even better, a different person in the cube each day, spreading germs....
The companies that have telecommuters will be better prepared to survive during this period. They should call a halt to co-location until this virus thing is under control! Social distancing is the way to survive and stop the spread.
