Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Compensation talks are now delayed!

Saul hasn’t given the go ahead, seriously?! Additionally, our pay & bonuses were also slashed...one more reason to add to the rising concerns. Maybe he’s using it to fund his vacation to Italy 😤!

Omg... stop with the scare tactics. Our team got our info last week.

Performance increases and bonuses have not been delayed, my team got ours last week, like any other year.

Banks in general do not pay well, which is a separate issue.

Your manager may have trouble getting their work done on your focal review, or maybe your team/department is having some other issue, but there is no blanket delay in raises/bonuses.

Company pays almost 40 percent less than other companies for same positions. Pay increase while may be normal still s— when your making 40 percent less already.

Plus The commercial side account had all kinds of fraud on it and lost any increase they gave me. Very suspicious . Really only a criminal network

Talk about assuming. I never said I wished he would get the virus, I said MAYBE he would. Italy just announced first cases of coronavirus there and Saul is planning a trip there. Period.

Take time to R-E-A-D.

I recommend everyone get their own personal bubble like us highly paid execs – just call on your personal shoppers, personal assistants, private car and private jet.

Got my numbers today. Yes about the same, not complaining. Sure a struggle for compensation due to all the costs they've been paying out for the good deeds of our wonderful Senior predecessors. Don't blame Saul, blame Stomp and Carrie as they sit on their private islands laughing all the way to the bank.

@eup+13HpXDMc - I understand your point. That if Saul personally experience some serious illness that will probably make him change his mind on this location strategy thing. Like for example he is forced to work from his own home.

But - I would not wish him sick - that's not very nice. I would not say that - and I don't exactly like the guy.

Just got a call from my boss today. Nothing to complain about, actually. Got both bonus and a raise. BTW - Wells is a big bank. Experience for different employees differs.

Does this mean bonus pay? I haven't received any info on the bonus that's supposed to be paid out first week of March, other than that I qualify.

Maybe Saul will contract coronavirus in Italy, now that it's spread there.

Then, he'd learn firsthand why telecommuting is now vital.
