So we made fiber available to 14 million customers and only have 4 million takers?....and we're laying off construction? What about "transforming your world to an all IP fiber based network...connecting EVERYONE where they live, work, and play"?
After about six months my fiber speeds s—ed. Went back to cable and I am getting close to the same speed for half the money. Att is nothing but snake oil salesmen.
