EG is Entertainment Group for whoever was asking before
What does eg do anyway besides put out overpriced and half baked products anyway. About as agile as java the hut.

ive heard this for 4 years. sure the business doesnt have any money for projects and yes people are making stuff up to keep busy like training lmao and re-planning over and over but somehow people are surviving. ill believe it when i see it
it is already coming to ATO, they have stated that span of control needs to get to 1:12, it will mean many AVP and Directors will go back to IC. What they should be doing is eliminating the VP layer, maybe even the SVP layer, real work is getting done at Director level and now they want you to have at least 12 Direct reports, This has to be another Stankey brain Child to match his comment at ACC town hall that if you have more than 8 people in a meeting you don't know how to do your job. It is going to get nasty very fast. I expect to see a lot of "retirement" announcements coming out soon. If they would just offer a package worth something enough people would leave to help make all this simple
I hope not more of this “flattening” they did a couple years ago just for the org structure to look good....this is where they have you report to someone on paper but you actually are accountable to someone else in the same group.
No, what does it mean for ATO? This sounds like it effects EG, an area of business full of fluff and fat, and we know they were ripe for a pruning
