What did prem tech's/ wire tech's get?
Post ID: @aaa+13GDDxM2.....Agree 100% except for the awful grammar. “Dinosaur looking at the silly asteroid” is one of the best I’ve heard yet and very true. We’ve got some 1%er’s that are terrific and worth the stretch, but the truth is most craft folks are craft folks for 2 very simple reasons.
- They cannot move up or out due to education/skill deficiencies.
- They have zero ambition and enjoy being paid ridiculously high wages that don’t match their skills/education/work experience that they didn’t earn outside of survival by seniority.
No, this is actually the first mobility contract I may vote yes on. We got everything we asked for.
