So true. When will WF learn that their dedicated, talented, ethical team members (all three reqd.) are the key to success?

Lose them and you lose everything.

Share price plummets if company does.

The nail in all telecommuting will also be the last gasp of any morale that remains. Wells continues to k–l employee productivity by only focusing on cutting costs. All they'd have to do it take better of their workers for greater success all around. The people behind the curtain have absolutely no clue.

My guess is that the sites which are not hubs but have more than 10 people will be impacted. There are also rumors that Phase 2 or 3 will finally put the nail in telecommute.

No idea... but would not assume phase two is strictly relocation. It might be jobs going away for one reason or another and people getting "displaced" to be PC.
