All you have to do is read the first paragraph of this article and see how far removed he is from his employees (and our leadership encouraged us to read this too when it came out Friday! Really?? (they may have paid access to read the rest of the article at Barrons but I don’t!)):

Did JS use the phase "We're feeding to many mouths in management" at the Townhall? Please correct me if I have the wording wrong.

Same sort for c-ap he spewed out in the ATO town hall with McRotten
last week.

I want to go back and listen to that TH and make note of the c-ap he says. A couple that stuck with me.

“ I don’t drink water out of a bottle”
“We have to put more muscle around that”

In the town hall he also mentioned getting paid to watch TV. Perhaps he is spending too much time watching TV instead of “trying” to run this company. Oh that’s right, Elliot is running the place now, that is why stinky stank said he gets paid to watch TV, guess that is what he does now.

And the never ending BS about running this play and that play, give me a break.

And after 3+ years they have worn out the phrase “do things faster”, ”be more agile”. I have yet to hear a single metric associated with these phrases. I want to know how do you measure faster? What is our pace? Since you starting using these phrases, how has our pace improved.

I wonder what they think of themselves after one of these interviews or town halls. They are human, they must know what the working class thinks of them and that they are not providing any leadership.

I could not believe how the ATT employees gave this douche bag a rousing applause when McRotten introduced him at the TH. I deafening silence would have sent a strong message.

I threw up in my mouth in less than thirty seconds. This guy is completely clueless and yet so completely full of himself.

It was very painful to watch this video. I could not finish it. He was talking about everything, and nothing at the same time. Best blessings to the company.

He is a smug individual. "I can't believe I get paid to watch TV" in front of the people he just screwed on their team awards.

hey stank all I want is a big fat pipe without all the billing drama but you can't even do that. my basic cable gives me the same speeds as my att fiber to the prem did. you and your company is a joke.

A buzzword every 5 seconds. Like he is reading from a marketing pamphlet to impress an audience of what? Robots? or is that what impresses the stock market I can't tell.

I watched the interview and found it disturbing in many ways. Most interesting was everything was all about satisfying investors. The word "Employee" wasn't said one time. I understand they need investment, but employees DO fit in to that equation.

Man watched about a minute and couldn’t take it anymore and reminded me and reinforced my excellent decision to leave. He is just a snake oil salesman.

Yeah–I could only stomach 6 minutes. As a retiree, I don't miss the corporate BS.
