Then lay you off. Not easy enough to lay you off without some trauma
No need for Surplus or MVO, requirement will be to get to 1:12 ratio when most teams are 1:5, 1:6, 1:8 so people will need to quit to make room for VP, AVP and Director teams to get to the 1:12
