Charles Scarf to BNY Mellon people at a town hall in 2019
Start looking for a new job and plan to be let go if you are not a political being.
Did he go off on an extended unhinged far left rant at the town hall or is he still waiting until you know one another better?
I would not expect too many details in a CEO meeting. Saul gives a lot more info and has more interesting meetings.
While it's true Chuckles said nothing of real substance during the video conference, he just sent a company-wide email that confirms he has nothing of real substance to share.
Endeavor to persevere, people.
This far rather uninspiring
The location strategy stuff goes back to 2018. It predates Saul and Charlie, and I think his answer on that topic was very clear.
Well, he outright said he supports working from home when the needs of the company can be met and it’s the right kind of role, and to ensure the right talent can be found. That will put a few people into a tailspin.
Agreed. A whole lotta' nothing.
He was also not straightforward in his telecommuting answer. He and Saul have plans in the works that don't match his words today.
man, this guy is a dweeb and needs to learn how to speak.. "Uh, uh, uh...."
He is saying all these words that really say nothing.
Lackluster. No announcement regarding business restructuring and massive layoffs???? Come on!
Chainsaw Charlie is also Chatter Charlie (platitude after platitude; telling us things we already know) and Finger Lickin' Charlie (how much saliva do you need to turn a page? yuck)
We are all risk managers. If you see something say something. Be an agent for change.
Things like “we need to be more honest with each other”, “we can’t get better by just being nice to each other”, “change is hard so if it’s not for you, move on” and “we aren’t changing fast enough. We need to demand more of ourselves and each other”.
Lots of words. No information.
Layoffs and reorgs and to maintain a positive attitude.
