If you do get laid off, make sure when you file your unemployment claim to mention the outsourcing to the unemployment department. You can also check the fed site to see if your state already has a trade act claim filed. Here's the link: https://www.doleta.gov/tradeact/
You'll notice there are currently a lot of open claims - which if approved means more benefits for those effected, i.e. you'll get benefits for a longer period of time, additional funds for training, etc.

The 2nd and 3rd tier for the 5E and DMS switches are being outsourced. to India I think.
