People do not shop for their entertainment experiences with price being the primary motivation, AT&T HBO MAX Chief Reilly told a TV critics meeting Wednesday.
"People don’t say, ‘I'd love to go to this concert, I don't really want to go to this one as much. But it's cheaper, so I guess I'll go to that one.”
Is this guy for real? People absolutely shop for their entertainment experiences with price being the primary motivation. His reasoning is the dumbest I’ve ever heard. If a concert is too expensive, but there’s a cheaper one that they don’t really want to go to, they just save their money and don’t go to a concert.
How does someone like this have the job that he has?
