Great Money
Plenty of overtime

Cons

Terrible supervisors.
Very difficult work
Mandatory overtime 9 months out of the year.

And that's the G rated version. Most current and former employees can get a lot more graphic in their opinions of Randall's ongoing train wreck.

Those are mild compared to how I would describe it.
