It will be back in 2020, enterprise wide E&E initiative, not just for WF Technology.

There are actual issues that need to be addressed first and foremost:

  1. People who live near a location and who have an assigned space in the location but who never show up because they work from home. These same people also do not want to give up their assigned space
  1. People who WANT to show up to a location but have no place to sit

Badging and AD login data will easily show the offenders.

The location strategy boondoggle has already begun in Arizona. Some of us have been getting notice to sign up for our "neighborhood" in the Chandler location.

Saul screwed up last year, he didn't know what he was talking about, but location strategy is still a thing, because it makes the C level folks feel like they're doing something useful.

They are not. They are cluelessly disrupting people's lives and adding to Wells' already soiled reputation.

Neighborhoods, FFS.

We were told in two different town halls that it is on hold due to negative feedback. But that it would pick back up in 2020 with a more thoughtful approach. Since the new COO has Corp Properties, it makes sense to do that.

One senior leader made it sound like the Board blamed WFH for the scandals and problems. That is of course total horse hockey. But they seem to want people to be collocates - as usual a totally 1890 approach. But I would expect some version of this to start back up in mid 2020.
