Anyone with firsthand experience or in touch with those doing the transfer of knowledge: can you please comment? I have heard Accenture employees are taking longer to train because there us more detail than they expected and still have not hit waves with technical jobs like developers, application support, database admin, etc. Thanks for sharing you experience, enjoy the holidays and always look out for yourself as #1!

My team is still waiting on Accenture to "hire the right people". So sad they are so slow and dragging this out. Other teams here trained Accenture and found it slow and tedious and at the end felt they didn't understand enough to do the job. Very rough going!! This whole deal lacked understanding of the operation and Accenture took on something they aren't prepared or capable of handling.
It is so bad they are forcing employees to go to India and train for three weeks. It’s a train wreck right out of the station.

Accenture employees have no idea what they are doing they were sent here to gather processes and and automate work. Once getting here they realized that couldn’t be done.
They know nothing about T business and powers that be don’t care. They only Care about meeting their negotiated dates whether employees know work at all. It’s a horrid disgusting mess.
At the end of the day they will have the work with no idea how to do it and all AT&T resources will be gone and AT &T couldn’t care less they are gonna lose money.
They only care about getting rid of employees and salaries so they can pay their debts
