What benefits do Level 3 and up receive?

What all are the various benefits that each of the different levels, starting at level 3 and up receive? For example, a director level 3 gets a lot more than a level 2, like 19% bonus, obviously a bigger paycheck by a percentage that I can see by looking at positions in Careerless Pathless.

19% bonus, long term incentive allocation each year earned over the next 3 years (a rolling incentive that paid about 35k each year usually half cash and half stock), salary deferral program where the 1st 6% must be deferred in stock with the company bumping it up 25% (20% as incentive and 5% to cover missed 401k matching) then after the 1st 6% deferred in the stock program you could do more stock or the cash program which had an extra incentive bump of about 4%+ (this program allowed you to defer until retired with lower tax bracket when paid out.

The few L3s and up that I knew went on far better vacations than I or my lower coworkers could I afford. I know that for sure. Our AVP would often go on 2 week vacations to Asia, and I knew others who'd go on 2 week cruises to Europe. Which God bless them... but we peons had to stay behind, keep the ship running, and be happy with weekends at state parks.

What is a "Long Term Incentive Package"? What is included? We already heard better bonus, stock options but what else?

Their biggest benefit is they get they are a– kissed for their incompetence and get to make up their own list for the "friends and family."

What exact benefits extra do they get, level by level? I know they get more bonus %, and they get stock options, etc. But L# doesn't get what L4 gets, and L5 gets more than L4, and L6, etc.... all the way up to the stinky top. I want to know exactly what levels gets precisely what. Like what sort of benefits, perks and extras does McSelfish get? What is the total package compensation?

Bonus as a percentage of salary increases with each level and especially for L3 and higher. So in most cases they are receiving a larger percentage bonus based off of a larger salary. Seems fair. /s

All L3 and above are covered under a complete different pay plan. They have the ability to collect their bonus in company stock, they are able to participate in some of the executive long term incentive, and along with increased bonus amount, they automatically get max vacation and time off policy, regardless of number of years NCS.

@-cfh, same here, it's a growing trend, seems to have started about 15 years ago, and has picked up steam since about 2012. I've held a TL L2 position, and had 12 people under me, a mix of direct hire and consultants, and worked my @$$ off 24x7, not just managing people and projects, but also doing the development work too. I basically did the work for the Director, and was never compensated one iota.

@zul. I’ve been seeing more and more of that where directors and avps have few or no direct reports. Heck, I’ve seen ADs and Leads with more directs and a ton more responsibilities than some of these people.

A Director that has no one under them, check it out, bet they are F&F, or an inbred, and were handed a LDP present. I've also seen AVP's with no one under them too.

Never seen a company with directors having no one under them. What a joke.

L3 and above get a long term incentive package. With each level the % increases.
