If you work say up to Dec 31, 2019, and then leave, do you still get your regular March Bonus, I presume mailed after the second half of March 2020?

Don’t you people know how to do research?! Look at your policy docs! READ. Any one can post on these boards anything. Why risk getting inaccurate info on important questions. There are 1000’s if policy variations.
Note that when you get your March '20 bonus, keep aware of the process for downloading the W2 because you'll have to do that in 2021.
people who take a the MVO WILL GET a bonus. prorated for all the days you worked in 2019. now let me ammend that. they are QUALIFIED for a bonus. AT&T is caplable of screwing us all out of a bonus.
MVO takers get a prorated team bonus. Individual bonus is up to your boss, so not likely.
If you just resign, gotta be on payroll 12-31 to receive any bonus for the year.
Surplus-ed in 2/19 was told that I would receive a pro-rated bonus in 2020 and I would assume that has not changed
Those that are getting surplused and off payroll as of 12/30 probably won’t be getting a bonus
Jesus, do you people who post this fake sh– actually work here? Are you truly that unaware of what the actual Surplus packages are?
Vacation is accrued in the year you use it. They show all of it Jan 1st every year, but you would owe $ back if you quit after using more than accrued.
Your management bonus would be prorated for the time you were on the payroll for 2019 even if you leave the payroll before 12/31. It will be paid to in March just like everyone else. If you leave the payroll after Jan 1. Your vacation time would be prorated as well. You would not be paid for the full years vacation...only what is accrued at the time you leave payroll
It used to be in the good old days, never to return ever, that folks would wait for early Jan to turn in their letter of resignation, so they could get the years vaca and sick time in ca$h money, namely because they were not getting a severance package
Per HR rules yes. You will need to be on payroll by 12/31. Those that are getting surplused and off payroll as of 12/30 probably won’t be getting a bonus. If you can wait to leave in Jan that would be best. As for the vacation time, no. You will only get your prorated vacation for that month.
What if you quit on in Jan '20, do you get all your vaca time paid to you?
You should and it will be paid to you the same time as everyone else.
