At the least, this will end up being a case Study for Business Majors on how not to motivate your personnel. "Target rich environment". How can this id–t even think of using this language and still succeed with his plans for this company. Stimpy may think he is only talking about wireline or DTV but you have to know that every person at HBO or CNN or Warner is hearing this echo and wondering when they become his next target. Way to motivate you clown.

Frontier is struggling now....no way they get the capital to buy more! Look for them to find ways to just ditch wireline.

"Everything is on the table," AT&T COO John Stankey said Tuesday at the UBS Global TMT Conference in New York. "It's a target-rich environment."

What the heck were they doing for the last ten years when they thought they had the best business plan ever? So now, they're not going to be kidding around and are REALLY sure of what needs to be done? They do need to step away from this company based upon their performance.

This weblog is full of id–ts. Do your job and don't listen to this $hit. A good employee will be prepared for whatever happens. We will all be working somewhere, unless we are ready to retire. Stay positive.

Given their highly valuable nano degrees and TU training, wireline employees have nothing to worry about

"It's a target-rich environment." That's how he sees employees.
