Cool as in cold as ice?....It sure is in my building as we have to call control room to turn up the heat daily and building services to pick-up the over flow of trash which is now once a week....
Cool? I'm sorry but you mean "cold of heart." They punish the very people that could make the company a success. They mismanage everything.
Unethical? Yes. Greedy? Yes. An absolute hellhole to come to work to every day? Absolutely.
But calling this organization 'cool'? No way.
No it’s not. As a matter of fact, they are the exact opposite of cool.

Based on what exactly? The fact that the executives constantly screw up and have to fire people to recover some of the money they lost? The fact that they outsource people with no opportunity to find another job in the company, thereby cheating employees out of the severance pay, bonus, and other compensation they would otherwise have received? The fact that there is total chaos in every area of the company and no project ever runs smoothly anymore? The fact that there is no job security no matter how much you have contributed to this pathetic joke of a company? I don't get how any of this is cool.
