My entire team in Wholesale including our Director were told we are being cut during a call this morning. Actual notifications in January and off payroll in March. Merry Xmas!
HR Partner said to get our resumes out quick, as other groups were getting their announcements today as well. Didn't say which other organizations.
And someone asked on here if you would go back to att? Why would you when it looks like it is dying. 2020 should be interesting. Don’t see how att tv will turn things around unless they give it away. People don’t want to be locked into one company anymore.

The team cut in Wholesale was 25 people. Apparently the entire group was cut including those in the high potential program and those with Far Exceeds ratings. Always sad to see when they cut some of the best and leave some slackers employed on other Wholesale teams.
Wholesale is the business unit that sells network interconnection services, both regulated and non-regulated, for resale by our competitors (on the regulated side), as well as for other purposes.
Wholesale is not Apex partner sales. Wholesale was AT&T's attempt to do what the Partners do better - sell to resellers at a discounted price.
