Along with evolution comes significant reductions. This isn’t happening simply for sake of evolution. It’s an investment designed to significantly reduce costs (ie people). Don’t kid yourself
So, I'm a bit involved in this actually. I would say the AI-driven bots are many years away and I feel the workforce requirements will have time to evolve in that time. The real impact will hit the data entry folks with Robotic Process Automaation.
