Tillson Org - Surplus Is Coming!

I received the 12CST "Important" meeting. I can't wait to hear her read the script legal approved. Time to fire skilled employees to replace them with cheaper id–ts. But Wall Street will bust a nut when they see the balance sheet!

Word is there are two meetings today. The 11am CST meeting is for persons affected by the layoff and a noon CST meeting for those who are NOT affected.

It's either the generic "we're firing folks" call or a "your safe for now" call. Looking at calendars in my org a lot of folks have this call. Too many for everyone to be surplused. Alternatively, outsourcing could be a possibility but the grapevine has been quiet on that front.

Got one too.
Do you think this is the broad umbrella message saying "you've been identified as a possible surplus" and those actually cut will get a follow up call?

Or do you think this is "you're being surplussed" call?
