When the company hits the baseline for exiting employees and cutting expenses, you may see more care. Who knows when that will be.

Yes, they can, and you'll see the level of care drop to an all time low throughout the 2020 year as more layoffs continue, and it'll primarily showup in the loss of various benefits to the worker and retiree
