I’m not naive to think that the layoffs are going to stop or even slow down, or that we’re going to have less outsourcing just because we reach 2020. My question goers towards finding out if there are any rumors regarding any big shifts tat are going to happen in the first couple of months, in the new year. Any mass outsourcing. Are any more parts of the company going to be shifted to Accenture? Any mass layoffs rumored?

I don't know what you are talking about, cause we all know the worst is behind us.
My magic ball broke and nobody gave me a replacement for Christmas.
Before I left earlier this year, my manager actually told me "Don't feel like you need to have any loyalty to this company because, believe me, they don't feel any loyalty toward you."
Left me speechless. How can such a company carry on when the employees feel threatened constantly. You're at risk of being cut whether you're the best employee, the worst one, or somewhere in between.
So glad I got out of there. I encourage all of you who are on the fence about leaving to take a chance and go while you can, on your own terms.
Managers will be surplussed, craft is too valuable. The union has allowed the issuance of work gloves and shovel to managers if they are willing to pitch in though. Be a team player.
It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone anymore. We all know that even if Randall were a competent CEO who magically turned this company around (which he never will be) that this company has no loyalty whatsoever to its workforce. AT&T sees its workers as a commodity to be used and abused for maximum profit and then discarded when no longer needed.
At this point, we all need to make New Year's resolutions to find better employment elsewhere.
Yes.
Yes, more massive layoffs here in ATO coming January. Why would Ratty Randy and Stinky stop?
