Who said trickle down does not work? There will be trickle down layoffs soon after the new org changes.
Anyone have details on those within Global Business. Curious which of my former colleagues retired/got new jobs.
I can see the people with promotions thinking they are really special getting promotions while all the layoffs are happening. Business as usual at the t. Total mismanagement. The people that got layed off are just like those deplorable customers we don’t need. We just need the golfers.
that was a pretty big announcement day for sure. Unfortunately, they are going to become more frequent
It looked to be global business mainly. It also seemed like a lot were condensing business units.
Of course there were promotions. Those are for the lemmings who stole work from their team members then get promoted to manage the out sourcing of that work.
What orgs were affected?
I’m sure they received much more than the equivalent of 6 months severance.

Was about 22 by end of the day. Good mix of retirement and reorg. And its only Thursday. I didn't think the deluge would start till closer to Thanksgiving. I am hoping to dodge the bullet this round.
Tons of announcements all right. My lord. I had to create a rule so they would quit spamming my inbox. Hope they got a good package.
