To avoid giving too much personal info. I mapped his “alleged” new secondary residence. It is 1.3 miles from work and is on the 20th floor.

His Preston Hollow compound is only 9.5mi from 208 S Akard. It is secure and very conveniently located. I don't think he could do better closer to downtown. It's not as if he couldn't video conference from the compound if need be. I am sceptical about the second residence. Where is it supposed to be located?

Copper DSL is obsolete too. Not as obsolete as landline telephony, but obsolete. I wouldn't expect AT&T to throw any money at it. I think they'll go fixed wireless, a 5G fixed wireless.

No matter who's running the company, landline telephone is obsolete, and copper pairs are headed to obsolescence. By the end of 2020, most wireless voice across the industry will be on VoLTE, with a high definition audio quality that will eliminate the "walky-talky" sound quality that persuades some people to keep landline telephone.
On the bright side however, AT&T is beginning to roll out their "fat" pipes that will serve the fiber and wireless data hungry customers.

Those at the bottom have to go to support the opulent life styles of those at the top! When your making over $20 million a year with a company jet available for private use , free medical and all personal expenses paid by the company, it’s essentially “Let them eat Cake” and move on!!

What I find extraordinary is the fact the company, while in debt, has made sure to remodel the downtown Dallas area around HQ.
While many work locations outside HQ have deplorable working conditions. (water not suitable for drinking, holes in walls, mold, bathrooms with 60 year old broken facilities....)
At the very same time those working in HQ have flat screen TVs to watch, ping pong tables, working restrooms and drinking water.
And when you think the hypocrisy can go no further we are told “the company makes plenty of money” to buy back stock. At the very same time we are told if we do not consider taking unpaid days off , to alleviate the budget gaps the company will be in trouble.

It's way past time. It's Randall's fault that T-Mo remained a player, given the $$$CASH and SPECTRUM he gave them via his arrogance and ignorance. It's been downhill from there re: his acquisitions. Network quality suffers while he still gets a bonus for non-performance.
