Yep go to linked in and look at all the execs or wanna be’s makes u want to puke. I lost all respect when the was at a meeting and one of the execs - female told people “Fake it til you make it”. That has to be the most unethical thing I ever heard from a Verizon exec.

It’s funny how dum these union trolls are. ATTs stock and market value are up because they absorb Time Warner. It’s easy to raise the % when the base is 1/3 the size.

Yeah the selfies are getting to be a little much but my least favorite is the new basking ridge buzz work for female leaders “fearless”. It’s never ending, every female leader is fearless. Not sure what there is fear in basking ridge these days but most people I know simply want “good” leaders. Can we trade in fearless for good??

This is what happens when they’re concentrated on selfie‘s and posting on my Instagram instead of hiring the right people to drive results in numbers and keeping morel. Ive seen my district go to $hit. Because the are putting the wrong people in the jobs. All because post in Instagram, I’ve never seen the return of investment on these selfie’s.

No kidding. My IT VP leader has a team of people who plan and solicit all the LinkedIn and Instagram posts for her. It’s never ending. We are behind on major programs yet she feels it’s more important to have this team forcing social media posts.
Not only T Mo stock has crushed Vz look at AT&T they are up like 40 to 50 % this year. Their exec’s and leaders focus on the operations and post a lot less.

GTS Director here and I can relate. We miss results and projects and no worries yet we are continually pressured to post pictures on LinkedIn and Instagram
