With most L1 and 2 domestic employees outsourced, FBO sent L 3 and 4 employees an MVO letter the same as MVO decision NY December 5 and off payroll before end of December. Good riddance to these worthless, outdated AVPs. The directors are all incompetent as well. What weak leaders all the way up to the SVP

L3,4 for are just like L1,2, trying their best to shoot a moving target set by executive teams. I took the MVO last year after 17 years working for AT&T. There were good times before 2010 when we focused on clear objectives for U-verse projects. I developed many critical algorithms and filed many patents. I was really proud of what I was doing. Unfortunately everything went south after Randall took the helm.
Don't be surprised if their replacements are no different. Until Randall makes changes that satisfy the market, you'll see the same. Did you ever have an L3/L4 come sit with you and watch the wasted time you have to spend doing your job? Never. Why is that. Because they are too far removed and don't really understand what it takes to run a company in the trenches.
Upper management will indulge themselves in parties and perks during the holiday season while kicking thousands out of the door, millions will be spent shuttling upper managers to sporting events and multimillion dollar conferences!!!
