There are really 2 groups that are left.
Those that want a paycheck and will show up until the MR75 or those that are begging for an offer to leave.
In either case, there is no reason to give this company anymore than showing up.

Not a comprehensive list. You forgot those that have hit MR75, and do not find the current offer adequate. Thus they will wait to be laid off, whenever that may be. This is actually a pretty large group.
