Yelp yelp! More n more turnover! Horrible moral problems, turnover rate, people being promoted to management positions that cant even make a bank deposits etc! List goes on for sure! No one has a clue, sorta like calling RST and no one speaks english and sounds like a New Years Party in the background! You should see the poor customers on the phone in the stores cursing and screaming tryn to understand! Yelp, cancels that sevice!

A Store Is Born (new store builds) was kind of a disaster. We built more stores, but we built them in places that Authorized Retailers don’t want to go - out in the middle of nowhere. So we made them company stores. On the flip side, when we built them in Urban areas we are seeing cannibalization of traffic and upsetting existing stores. Volumes are way down. Employee turnover is really high. Managers have no experience with people or processes. We coach out the remaining veteran managers for not cramming NextUp, Protection and DTV on unwilling or unknowing customers. Recently all Company Owned store builds were frozen and we are desperate to find New Authorized Retail partners. It’s looking very clear like we will transfer 90% of stores to Authorized Retail or close entirely if underperforming. New store ranking of Focus, Regular, Battleship and Flagship mirrors Prime’s structure. Good luck if you are in COR,

I have a feeling they are opening retail stores so that they can sell the wireless division. Smoke and mirrors

More and more retail stores are being opened, doubtful they will be phasing them out. Retail employees are cheap labor and they generate revenue. Win win.
