Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Does anyone know the history on preferred contractors - LMI & OneSource?

I have seen language in W/Os where if an At and T technician is not available at the time of dispatch, contact LMI or OneSource with their contact information embedded within the work-order. Does anyone know who these Contractors are? I have never seen any trucks or vans with these kind of markings.

I am looking for Management to throttle our work back this Fall or in 2020 during a looming Recession, Lay us off, turn the work back on and then give the work to Contractors because an At and T technician is not available.

I am seeing this language in every work-order now. It makes you wonder, don't it?

I guess they provide the backup for strikes so anybody that is left in management doesn’t have to do strike duty.

Union Knows about this, these crews come quite early to pickup materials before technicians arrive to work centers.

How is T getting around the union with this ?

The union should be asking questions & putting those union dues to good use by investigating this !
