We need a CEO that can profitably innovate and Stephenson has failed .miserably, a CFO that can talk the the market that the market respect and Stephens is a joke, someone with a sales/marketing background that can lead strategy and Stankey and Donovan were total failures at that, we need COOs who know how to lead where Stankey took DTV down the tubes and turned it over to Donovan who did nothing with it or wireless while Stankey moved on to TimeWarner and drove out good leadership with his stupidity. They put Lori Lee in charge of Latin America and the only thing she ever accomplished was being born a woman. Lesser has been successful so far put it is too small in advertising to have any impact. We need to start with headcount reductions in those positions plus the outdated Board an weak EVP/SVP/VP level
