And a big one fingered salute from the troops back to the generals. You wont get anyone to step up and take some fire for you now. This is like the Hollywood Movie where everyone walks away from their leader who led them down a wrong disastrous path and after seeing their friends get slaughtered for nothing throw doen their weapons and head back home. Collect your checks and make and appearance is what the troops are now doing along with reccomending the competitors for service. ATT is not a well liked or respected brand by the consumer and leadership has never recognized that. Its a global brand alright but more associated with bad billing, poor customer service, high prices, and frustration.

It doens't matter, they're a virtual monopoly, tell me what company is going to outbid T or VZ or TMO for wireless spectrum the own prime wireless real estate, , what company has the clout or scale to handle enterprise level telecom service agreements with major businesses. .
Truth
Well said!! Upper management like Stephenson, Stanky, Stephens, Donovan/McElfresh and their weak EVP/SVP/VPs got us into this mess through poor leadership, lack of strategy, and poor decisions. The very weak Board of Directors let them. That group is to blame and the only one showing any remorse was Donovan. There is no logical reason why employees should have any loyalty, give any effort or give a rat's rear about AT&T given the way we are being treated.
Right up there with Comcast.
