That is an investors pipe dream. Competition Elimination is not in line with ty he department of Justice folks.
Why the hell would DIsh want Randy and Stanky to take control of their company after seeing what they did to DTV?
The idea would be to spin off Direct TV with Dish . ATT would run it, ATT would also saddle the spin off with loads of ATT debt. The cash flow of the new Company could service a lot of debt.
