Recommend that people start blowing the whistle anonymously. Compile your information, ensure it is not attributable to you, then send it anonymously (protonmail) to the OCC and to your elected officials, also leak it to WSJ and to NYT in the same manner. Name names, dates, details, internal memos.
DO NOT go through the official whistleblower process. You will get buried. Just read about what happened to Sherry Hunt over at Citi.
