The company will be coming after ALL of us, in order to reduce the debt.
absolutely correct! it does not matter who you are. they showed Donovan the door. its only a matter of time before everyone will be gone. union folks will be replaced by automated cars, driving-around monkeys to do the work
@11pBaU4A-6fbu Contractor!
Hold on to your hat as the next wave of surplus breaks this week.
What position(s) AT&T is recruiting for at this time ?
I think this question might be based on a misunderstanding...
To AT&T, there are 2 types of employees:
Non-Management (union)
Management (non-union)
So management doesn't mean you're a "manager" at AT&T. It just means you aren't part of a union.
Most people listed as "managers" at AT&T are regular employees. They're just people living paycheck to paycheck like the union people. Nobody reports to them & the only things most of them manage are duties & data.
Have you ever heard of a Company cutting itself to greatness?
Yup. Lower labor cost and associated expenses can go to the debt.
conglomerates T luke ayoff people all the time, regardless are need or not, systematic dysfuction equates to AT&T
It will to the laid off people.
