Seems every year at the same time of layoffs or upcoming layoffs that there is Customer Service Week. You get a lunch and a pat on the back all courtesy of upper management.
And then you hope your name is not on the upcoming list.
Terrible!!!

Take the lunch and pat on the back...
but att is such a great company to work for and we get so many bonuses if make it through the year.
