Got email that we will be taking a tmt3 and a tmft3 test if we do not pass this what will that mean

Hope spelling isn’t on the test.
Prem tech is a temp job.
I am a Prem Tech who took the TMT 3 test a couple of months ago . They gave 60 questions and you get 2 minutes for every question. Was a little hard but passed it. Good thing is that they said they shortened the test. We are already grandfathered in for the TMTF 3
Prolly made the test easier
Don’t see why this makes sense. I’m sure there are some outside guys who wouldn’t be able to pass this test. Mainly because they are so old that they can’t see but refuse to retire!!
