For those that have received a voluntary offer, how much time have you been given to accept the offer?

FBO did not get a voluntary offer, their jobs are being outsourced to Accenture, employees most likely surplus in 2020.
I’m gone now but I believe once notice was received I had 10 working days to make a decision - received notice on 1/28/19 and had to be out the door 2/18 or 3/29 if I was going to look for another position
Last day on payroll if you accept the MVO is 11/15. I expect layoff announcements between 10/16 and 10/31 to get people off payroll in 2019. 2020 here we come.

What groups received a voluntary offer? I haven't seen anything, so it wasn't all of FBO.
It’s better to leave with 6 month surplus money than getting outsourced and get 1 year job and no surplus money.
For managers, the best “offer” we will get is 6 months severance and shown the door. The same thing when we are surplussed.
With the exception of the “offer” to be outsourced to another company & then “offered” no severance at all, in that case, if we turn it down.
They are trying to reduce debt.

October 15th midnight CT. I won't accept it. It's c-ap. I am not yet ready to leave but if they say go, so be it. I will apply for BS jobs to ensure I am not chosen. I don't hate the company to be honest. I am disgusted by many things I see but not too surprised. I am hoping they will do a VZ like offer but I doubt the tweed/tweedle dee running this company will be so bold.
