Is there really somebody who hopped in the year 2016 that '2020 transformation would be succesfsull?
I don't know anybody - we all expected the fail - just based on the years of experiences with this management. Where are all those 'advocates' which spent tousend hours on the transformation meetings? Why they don't object now that nothing has been done as dreamed in 2016?
