California is a dead zone for Wells Fargo Employees

I confirmed with HR today that there is no hiring in Southern California (not a hub location). So if you want to move up or do something new, you will have to leave WF to do do. This company is doomed. Location is weighted over talent. I see a barrage of inexperienced people (that I have known from other companies) coming into the bank just because the check the location box. I also see a lot of top talent resigning and going to competitors because they cannot advance in their non-hub markets.

I think Charlie might be here to help sell the bank. Unhitch the stagecoach and put the horses out to pasture.

My recommendation to anyone in non-hub markets is to get out while you can before the market floods with Wells Fargo employees.

Location = The new Wells Fargo discrimination.

Allow me to translate as I Speak 50,000 words of English including thousands of 4 syllable words. In the interest of linguistic fluidity I find myself referencing the Urban Dictionary more often than I reference my two other languages.

Finna is ebonics for “going to”, and in this case probably the alternative derivation of “gonna”.
