You obviously don’t know EVERYONE in district 3 because the majority voted yes.
No, what the 65% ratification vote clearly shows is that their are a lot of union employees telling everyone they voted no face-to-face, but actually voted yes. Happens every time. Putting on the big show is what it’s all about now. Chest beating about going on strike, chest beating while on strike and then chest beating about voting the TA down after. Privately, most of the members are aware that any amended TA wouldn’t look much different no matter how many times they vote it down.
I think they must be counting no-show ballots as yes votes. Everyone I know voted no.
