Well it seems all new tech senior leaders know and have worked with each other. So much for posting. Saul has worked with Steve who has worked with the new CEO.
Per Steve know your stuff if you talk to Charlie as he doesn't accept the " I don't know. I'll check and get back to you". Whatever. Make up a answer.
Speed is the answer to everything I guess.

Nepotism is ruining WFA. The greatest accomplishments of these "Next Generation Talents" they're bringing in is their being born to a successful parent. Lazy, entitled, unlicensed, can't get into the office before 9am because they're tired, and their mommies and daddies let them behave like little entitled a–holes.
I left WFA because I was sick of coddling these man-children who think that, because they're white and male that they don't have to do anything. These next-generation FA's have NO work ethic and will crash and burn as soon as their parents retire.
Too many attendees? Please. we pride ourselves on having as many attendees as possible many of whom join and say nothing. Need to collaborate? Lets have a 3 day offsite...
CS is very driven by data. Know your stuff but also have the data to back it up. It doesn’t go well if you can’t answer a question. And do NOT include extra attendees in meetings. He will lose his stuff if there are too many attendees and/or if not every single one is critical.
I'm not in technology but wasn't the first thing Saul did a total bust? The whole location strategy thing? I mean... he's not exactly off to a strong start if that stuff is true.
More of the same at Wells Fargo.
Doing the same thing and expecting different results? Clearly, not.
And any new posters, please don't say it happens everywhere. 1) It doesn't. 2) I dont care about everywhere. I care about what's going on at Wells Fargo.
Nepotism and incompetence
