Credit and collection is being outsourced to Mexico already
It’s all about “reducing the debt” in any way, shape or form possible.
I believe the next target will be AP. I came across some outsourcing AP service providers and they provided amazing accuracy and contract rates. Most of the T's AP functions can be replaced these providers.
Credit and collections is just a customer service function, that’s all outsourced anyway. Nothing missed.
Nothing to discuss looks like senior management jus wants to manage contractors instead of actual employees. Sad.
