@11fQoPqB-3pyb It was I, asking for facts about this supposed layoff and it was I, who asked what the original poster was trying to do and I was roundly condemned for doing so. That was 19 days ago and still the RIF that the original thread starter claimed to know about has not happened.
Everyone knows there is a risk of a layoff at Humana and we live with that everyday, what we don't need is the insight of liars making life more stressful.
That definitely makes sense. That takes us to the end of the year and if they’re phasing out programs that will be an easy transition for our members. Happy holidays :(
The rif that effected HAH FCMs in april were given a 90 day notice. Probably figuring many would find employment and leave before the 90 days so they didnt have to pay out.
Also look for registered letters coming your way. One round of layoffs they sent the letters out before they announced the layoffs
I’m wondering if it might not be next week. If they’re going to give us 60 days notice ,which they usually do, that would take them closer to the end of the year and that might be beneficial for them. Usually we get email on wednesday evening after hours to be on a confide tial call thursday morning. That's usually how it goes.

Poster who is asking for facts...do you understand that someone giving “facts”, as you so nicely ask for isn’t possible due to how the RIFs work and the potential for job loss at disclosure? Why should anyone risk their specific job to say “10% across the board”? How does that help you? There is no list that says “ it’s these people”, there is an extensive process that is done, And then the coaches will know more. Just do your job, do it well, and if your department or skills are needed with the vision of Humana growth, you stand a better shot of staying. So, stop criticizing. Read what is being said. It’s not gossip, and to accuse someone of gossip when they aren’t telling you what you want? How incredibly selfish of you, because a potential link that could give us more info as things progress, YOU Basically shut off. Thank you so much.
@11fQoPqB-1ilp 2 years ago they had a very nice conference for the leaders of HAH. Once we got back to work they announced more cuts. Needless to say I am not invited to any more HAH Leader conferences. :(

The RIF has to give 60 days notice. They may be hearing more information about the RIFs there. Yes, the higher ups know. I could be a higher up, work for a hire up, or whatever or wherever, I cannot disclose for risk of my own layoff. I wanted to give a heads up, but am not going to waste my time arguing or trying to proof myself. I tried. Best of luck to those impacted
All the HAH coach’s have their yearly meetings on-site next week. Would they do layoffs when the coaches are not even available to their teams ?

Below poster, get your facts straight...it’s Boston analytics, and it’s a common practice to use them in large companies preparing for a RIF to make sure there is no discrimination going on with the RIF, also, legally, if you are RIF, you’re entitled to documentation of the ages of those RIF’d. Try to skew it any way you want, but it’s based on a percentage to be cut, then leaders doing evaluations, recommendations and ranking people on their team, submitting it to HR , and then they review to make sure there is no discrimination....so if you’re the oldest on your team, you’re a bit more protected? Metrics and call quality a bit better? A bit more protected. A bit more seniority? It all goes on a matrix to rank us all against each other, with who is more of an asset with their skills and abilities to be able to be used in the growth direction Humana wants to go to make profits. They’ve been talking about the pillars for two years...affiliated or supporting or have skills that can be used in those programs? A bit safer. Look at your role, with the push for in home, etc....can your role or skill set be used in the direction forward? Now is the time to update the talent center...they look at that...and talk to your coach about your growth plans in the way Humana is going...actually, the time to do that was months ago. It’s a business, and are you and your role an asset or liability.
@11fQoPqB-lzx Bull Shyte. They are stoking fires they don't know exist. I KNOW that there are going to be cuts but I don't know where... HCCP Safe. Right. In your dreams. If you are an Rn at Humana your job is at risk. They are reviewing what you do and what that saves the company. EVERYTHING is on the line. They have a company here looking at what you do. I don't remember the name but Boston something. You think you are save as an RN. Think a again. But don't come here with some heads up info which is WRONG. You don't know because THEY don't know. Take that as you choose. I don't give a flying F except to tell you these people are lying to you.
I’ve heard next week as well. Though what is interesting is that the RIF will be focused on high salaried associates. So not about quantity, say 10% across the board, but rather a taking back “value” play. Maybe just another rumor but that was what I was told.
Thank you for giving us the heads up about next week original poster. They can’t tell what departments or they will lose their job then. Be grateful for the information you do get. At least we know it’s coming now instead of just having a gut feeling

What cracks me up the most is people are on here trying to discredit someone’s post. If you think this is all bs then why are you even looking in this site to begin with? Go away!! Some of us who are in the real world appreciate a heads up!! This site has never been wrong with a lay-off. Thank you for the initial posters warning.
We will see. I have been through 11 rounds of layoffs in HCCP and they have all been predicted on the site. We will see if the poster is wrong soon. Hopefully they are wrong
