Charlie loves construction projects. He likes Lobsters, Caviar, and Steak for lunch everyday in his executive 5 star dining room in office. If WFC does not have that he will build it.
He also is on board of Microsoft so its his job to sell their products and services. He will make sure WFC spends a lot more on buying 27" Surface tablets and end to end Screens as seen on CNN's Command Center.
In return he will give employees a Starbucks and a expensive new cafe which most can not afford on daily basis while him and his cronies dine and wine on expensive meals.
