att's accounting practices are suspect at best. cancellation of services sure takes a lot longer than starting new services. trying to get away from t is like getting out of a spider's nest.
Yep pretty corrupt. Closed my internet account over 6 months and still get notifications about finishing setup. Probably still counting me as a customer on the books.
