I think enough time has passed to sum up how these people were treated at work, from their superiors, after the strike. Did any face any sort of direct or indirect retaliation? I would like to get some experiences?

Strike!?? You mean "Organized Publicity Stunt". It was preplanned to end on a Wednesday.
No retaliation. The company immediately returned to the bargaining table with the right representation, we got a decent contract offer, which is being voted on right now, so I would say the strike accomplished a lot.
No retaliation in my office, and we were all welcomed back as we walked on our floor. Our managers are so overwhelmed with recent losses of their coworkers and work overload they do not have time or energy for any of that.
I experienced no issues after the strike. My manager and most were just relieved it was over fast as they didn’t exactly like having to do our jobs and still do theirs.
