Not going to happen sooner or latter they will have nobody to manage.....so eventually they to will be cut and all that money will go to the higher ups.....that's the way it works at VZ and will always work.....
I work in IT director had told me be nice get along , results no longer matter , don’t try to hold teams accountable you are not a team player. Why is this happening ?? Why don’t results matter? I am told VPs make $1M per year so they want no argument all is good we all get along .
