Boy, Trustreview is brutal to AT&T. It's not just the one star, it's the reviews themselves. And I don't doubt for one second people are being 100% honest. If you ever wondered why we are where we are at this point in time, check it out.

The only reason it is a 1 star is because that is as low as it goes, just like the company. I work in a call center and I hear every day “I HATE AT&T” from so many customers. SAD!
It is sad to see that this once iconic American company has sunk to the point where 900 out of 1000 customers give it a 1 star rating for service. Really sad.
